Move With‘s Online Studio

Enjoy unlimited access to freshly curated Pilates, Barre and Stretching classes exclusively taught by our teaching staff. Mindful movement that you can do from the comfort of your own home, or on the go traveling the world. From targeted 5-15 minute workouts to 30-60 minute full length classes, we have everything you need in one place to keep you moving, breathing and in your body; whenever, wherever.

On-Demand Experiences

Pilates

Move With On-Demand’s Pilates is based on the original work and principles of Joseph Pilates with a modern twist. We focus on proper bio-mechanic form and alignment, but incorporate a sense of flow, so you will be moving fluidly from one move to the next. These classes will increase balance, promote comprehensive strength and establish an elongated frame - that will leave you moving better and with more ease in your daily life.

Barre

Move With On-Demand’s Barre classes are dynamic and functional; combining standing barre work, accelerated Pilates mat work and cardio intervals to create a full-body, calorie burning workout. You can choose from a 30 or 60 minute class option, and typically all you need is a makeshift barre (dining chair or countertop) and a couple other props listed in the class title. These classes are fun and will leave you feeling every inch of your body.

Stretch

Move With On-Demand’s Release classes include active stretching, restorative movement, and breath work. Learn to connect deeper with your body, nourish yourself and allow your body to renew. Small props such as foam rollers, therabands or release balls are commonly used in these classes. Check out the class title and choose your method of release for the day.

Foundation

From the beginner to the advanced, there is always room to intentionally slow down, be refreshed on principles and pick up key tips that will help accelerate your movement practice regardless of level.

Flow 

We like to feel a sense of flow in all that we do, and find that many of our classes fall into this category because our goal is to always walk the line between challenge and ease and transition seamlessly from one move to the next. 

Flex

If you are looking to be pushed, feel the burn and use props that tone and sculpt, jump into one of these classes and they will not disappoint! 

Focus 

Targeted sessions that range from arm focused express classes to how-to roll out your feet using release balls. These classes are great if you are looking for something specific and might be short on time. 

Expand 

Open up, release and expand into your body! From restorative release work to foam rolling this category will keep you connected and more mobile in your daily life.
