Private Pilates Sessions

Pilates Private Sessions are the best way to accelerate the learning curve for those who are new to Pilates and want to maximize their results. These sessions are also ideal for those who may be recovering from an injury, pre or post-natal, or wanting to tailor their sessions to specific goals.

Pilates at Move With Studio is based on the original work and principles of Joseph Pilates, but taught with a modern twist. We focus on proper bio-mechanic form, alignment, and precision of movement. With regular practice, Pilates at Move With Studio will increase balance, promote comprehensive strength and establish an elongated frame.

Our qualified instructors at Move With Studio can assess each client’s needs and make recommendations for a program that fits each individual. We can help you move better and with more ease in your daily life.

*Socks are required for your movement practice. We have grip socks available for purchase in-studio.

 
 
  • Private sessions are the best way to get tailored instruction specific to your body and to your goals. Gain comprehensive core strength, find more mobiity and a deeper connection to your body by working with our qualified staff in a 1-on-1 setting.

  • Duet Sessions are a great way to get tailored instruction at a slightly reduced rate and spend quality time getting stronger with a good friend or family member.

    *We do not pair clients together for duet sessions.

  • Move With Studio Teacher, Rachel Parker, has been trained in Scolio-Pilates, a tailored exercise program based on the Pilates principles of elongation, breath, and building strength in optimal alignment. Scoilo-Pilates sessions will be machine based exercises on the Reformer, Chair and Trapeze Table. During sessions you can expect analysis and mapping of your spine using manual tests and tools. Rachel will provide you with easy home exercises to strengthen tissue and muscle around a more neutral alignment, along with instruction on how to use correctional props and padding.

*All private sessions are 50 minutes.
