For the month of February, Move With is focusing on all things Motherhood. Diana, resident Move With Studio teacher, who is also a new mom and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist is bringing you 5 workouts, all with a pre/post natal focus this month. These targeted classes are not just for new or expecting moms, but can be performed by anyone looking for restorative classes that aim to strengthen and lengthen the body in a very safe way.

About Diana

Since her first time on the reformer, Diana has loved Pilates. She appreciates how Pilates helps her connect to a sense of ease, even when it’s hard. For her, it’s more than just exercise - her practice has helped her in both mind and body during IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum. Diana is certified through Balanced Body and is also a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Core Exercise Solutions. She specializes in working with prenatal and postpartum clients to improve alignment and strength. She loves helping people at every fitness level unlock their movement potential, and feel confident in their bodies.
